Biden’s Justice Division on Monday served the Home Sergeant at Arms a grand jury subpoena for paperwork.
“Home of Representatives Sergeant at Arms William McFarland introduced his workplace was served a grand jury subpoena by the Justice Division, sparking a wave of theories on social media Monday afternoon,” Newsweek reported.
“McFarland formally notified Home Speaker Mike Johnson, a Louisiana Republican, of a subpoena on Monday,” based on Newsweek.
It’s unclear what the subpoenaed paperwork are associated to or what the grand jury is investigating.
“That is to inform you formally pursuant to rule 8 of the principles of the Home of Representatives that the workplace of the sergeant at arms for the Home of Representatives has been served with a grand jury subpoena for paperwork issued by the U.S. Division of Justice,” Home Studying Clerk Susan Cole stated on Monday.

Some speculated the grand jury subpoena is said to the January 6 Capitol protest.
“I’m listening to different potential causes for this however Rep. Loudermilk did say his committee needed to interview Paul Irving, Pelosi’s sergeant at arms on Jan 6 who resigned the subsequent day. (The committee has not but interviewed him)” investigative reporter Julie Kelly stated.
“Irving and Michael Stenger, McConnell’s SAA, repeatedly denied requests for Nationwide Guardsmen on Jan 6 together with on that day.” Julie Kelly stated. “As I stated, this might relate to one thing else however since DOJ is concerned it’s secure to imagine a sinister goal.”
